Three Steps to Keep Coupon Cravings in Your News Feed on Facebook

If you are a Facebook devotee, you may or may not have noticed some changes lately with your news feed and certain things not showing up as much as they used to?

Well, we want to make sure that we're still hearing from you on all of those awesome deals you're scoring, so in order to do that, you will want to receive Coupon Cravings newsfeed updates on your page (and create a group to keep connected as well) so you're on the up-and-up with the hottest deals!

Below is a 3-step tutorial to keep you where you want to be - in the know on all of the great deals and sales from Coupon Cravings through Facebook!

1) Head to the Coupon Cravings Facebook page here, and hover over the 'liked' button (or 'like' us if you haven't already!)  to reveal a 'new list' option, which you'll then click.

** Make sure that on this dropdown menu 'Show in News Feed' has a checkmark next to it while you're doing this. If it doesn't, first click on that, and then continue.

2) Name your list Coupon Cravings (make sure you're viewing this entire post and see below).

3) Hover over the little pencil to the left of your new Coupon Cravings group name and press 'add to favorites'.

You're done - it's that easy! Now, you can make sure you're getting all of our deals delivered straight to you!

    Just a comment on the free' pcoudre. Most of the time, those coupons aren't really for free pcoudre. The coupon attaches to the item you are required to purchase. In that case, you wouldn't be able to use a MQ against the item you're required to purchase. So, in this example, if you had to buy a 16oz bottle of Kraft dressing in order to get free' lettuce, you couldn't use both a $.75/1 Kraft dressing Q and the free' lettuce Q. The way you can tell is to match up the barcodes.

    that since it sometimes takes me 6 hours to get hurngy I should consider the small meal solution. My list of allowed foods excludes most of the suggestions here. Like you, I'm concerned that most of these folks are trying to lose weight. I lost 20 pounds over the past two years that I didn't want to lose. For you majority, what took off about half of it was a nutritionist putting me on supplements to stimulate mitochondria, the trash emptiers found in each of our cells. It seems the trash was my body mass you might try it. For you, my fellow sufferer, focus on high calorie foods for your little meals. I use full fat goat milk and yogurt made with whole cow's milk. I put almond oil with the lo-cal meals. Am just trying this small meal thing out will let you know how it goes.
