Wow, between this and the 9-cent Kleenex deal, this week at Walgreens is evolving nicely :)
If you use the BOGO coupon from the 11/1 Smartsource, you can get them both free!
If you buy 3 or more, you can submit for the $5 glade rebate deal, and you have a huge moneymaker!!
FYI- I used the coupon for the Glade in the Walgreens November booklet on some other Glade products and it only took 50 cents off (cashier refused to adjust it up). So it might kind of be like the Huggies coupon that was giving $2 off instead of $1 but this time not to our advantage. :(
Curious if anyone else had used it and it actually took a dollar off?
Can some one please tell me where i can find the coupon for the Kleenex $1 off is not in my November Coupon Book or Diabetes and You or in my Healthy Savings Book so I am thinking this is probably a regional deal. I live in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and no one knows about this. Thank you.
Ditto what Maria says - I just leafed through my November coupon leaflet and there was no Kleenex or Glade. How odd not to have either.
Don't you have to have a 1:1 coupon/product ratio at Walgreens?
And what's the Kleenex deal?
There is two different booklets out now the one with the kleenex coupon says healthy savings on the front and the one with the glade coupon says november coupon book on the front! Hope that helps!!!
Yes! I just saw that on I Heart Wags. Where does one find the Healthy Savings booklet?
If you cant find the $1 Kleenex coupon at your Wags, ask the cashier to enter the UPC code 5236-8 in place of scanning the coupon. It worked great at my store today.
i did the glade deal and only got .50 cents off the nov. booklet. so i ended up paying around .80 for 2 (after coupons). still not bad. don't forget the sc johnson $5 rebate!
where do i get the rebate?
Has anyone else run into the November coupon book coupons not working anymore? Since I found the new Healthy Savings booklet (with the Kleenex Q in it) I have not been able to get any of the Qs in the November booklet to work for me. I found the new Healthy Savings late last week and after that tried the Almay Q, which would not scan although it had scanned earlier in the week and today I tried to use the Glade Q and it would not scan. The manager had no clue why it wouldn't work, so I got no discount from the November book. Has anyone else run into this problem? Maybe I should pick up a new November book...maybe something is wrong with mine?
The cashier would not allow me to use the 99 cents glade coupon and the $1 off 2, she said they were both Walgreens Coupons. The register beeped and would not take the $1 off 2 coupon (which I gave last).
CJ thank you so much for providing the UPC code for the Kleenex deal. I wasn't sure about it as I never gone without a physical coupon. the cashier ran it without any problem. Thanks again.
I attempted to do the Glades deal and it didn't work. It beeped. I was buying 2 glades Sprays at $1.89each total $3.78 i hand over $.75 MQ off 2 and then $1 off 2 WAGS glades products I found on the Nov Coupon Book and it beeped. The manager came in and said I was only allowed to buy the 2 Glade items on the coupon picture of the WAG Nov book. I couldn't do this deal!
I had the same issue with my Walgreens first telling me the $1/2 coupon for the sprays (becuase they are not in the picture) then when I fought with them, they said it isn't that, but rather that you can't use to walgreens coupons in one transaction. I was wondering it you had a copy of thier coupon policy so I could read - I stopped going to Walgreens because I always seem to have these issues, but needed spray and struggle to pass up a good deal.
CJ or anyone else,
How do you get the cashier to enter the code? What do you say?
I just came from Walgreens and my $1.oo off 2 Glade products coupon wouldn't work either. They said I couldn't use two Walgreens coupons in one transaction. Also, no one, including the manager, knew about the Children's Activity Book. Is it possibly a regional thing?
I reported a successful Kleenex transaction w/o a actual coupon before. However, I think my success was due to the fact that i went to my local WAG & had my usual super coupon friendly cashier ring my order. I had no problems!. I decided to try my luck again with the Kleenex deal at another WAG.I just asked the cashier to manually input the coupon code AFTER I gave her the MQ coupon, and last the WAG AD-Q. Of course, this didn't happen without a fight that ultimately required the manager's approval. He approved it and I was asked not to come back without a paper coupon again. I guess your success depends on the cashier, the deal rang up w/o problems both time, but the second time around the manager required an actual coupon.
As far as not being able to use two WAG coupons at the same time, i don't think that's acurate. The rule is 1 MQ and 1 WAG coupon for the same item. However, the store's weekly Ad-Q are not consired coupons they are simply store sales on an item. I just did the Kleenex deal, firt MQ, then $1/1 off Kleenex (that the cashier had to manually do), and last WAG Weekly Ad coupon. No problems or beeps. I think this glades $1/2 coupon just isn't working period.
