Pick up 2 tubes of Almay One Coat Mascara for $6.99 (BOGO)
Use 2 $4/1 Walgreens coupons (November coupon booklet)
Final Price = FREE plus $1.01 overage
I did this deal yesterday afternoon, and the key is to have extra items in your basket to account for the $1.01 overage. Otherwise, the Walgreens coupon will beep. If you spend at least $8, the coupon will subtract $8 ($4 for each mascara) with no problem.
If you have a teenage girl to buy for this holiday season, this mascara could make a great stocking stuffer, especially since you’ll be able to get it for free!

My Walgreens had the double pack near the register for $6.99 that also was BOGO for it was an awesome deal for me. Just a heads up check your makeup counter for the double packs
my walgreens rang up at buy one get one 1/2 off. but still a good deal.
Raini- The nov. coupon book is a 'slim jim' sized coupon book located usually by the entrance with the ads. Check there! They are free and contain WAGS store coupons.
My walgreens shelf tag said buy one, get 2nd 50 off, but rang up bogo free. I also got a 5 RR with the deal, making it even sweeter! Thanks!
I have trouble with my Walgreens not letting me use 2 coupons for BOGO items. What do you suggest. The guy always says I can't use a coupon for an item I am getting for free. Does anyone have the Walgreens coupon policy?
With Walgreens own coupons, whether in-ad or in the monthly coupon book, you don't have to give them two--they scan it once, the register will automatically take it off twice if you have two items!
This is NOT ringing as BOGO free at every store. I only got the BOGO half off deal. I bought 2 mascaras, 1 lipgloss, 1 foundation, and a clearance item for 17.12 and got 15RR back.
I can't imagine one WAG discounts different than another WAG, but today I did the deal and only got BOGO 1/2 off. I'm wondering if people are reading their reciepts wrong. WAG in Crystal,MN, the Almay One Coat is $7.49, I got 2. My receipt shows the two, then right underneath that $8.00-MFGC (which is the two 4.00 coupons) and at the very bottom of the receipt after my long list of coupons and RR's is "ALM 1CT MASC 3.75-50%. So I paid $3.23 for both. I have a feeling it's the same for everyone except for the shelf price???
I just got home from Walgreens, and yep, it was Buy 1 get one for 1/2 off. Not a bad deal, but I was disappointed.
Well the sign at my walgreens said bogo half, but it rang up as bogo free. (Bloomington MN). The clerk would only let me use one $4 off coupon, since the other was free and didn't even show up on my receipt. So I paid about $3 for 2 which is nothing to complain about!
Wow, it is crazy how different some of these deals are! I'm in Northern Virginia and yesterday afternoon I got a couple mascaras and they rang up as 6.99 and were definitely BOGO and the coupon took off $8 so I got overage toward my other items. It was really exciting!
in northern nj ringing as B1B1 1/2 off, but they are the bonus packs w/ an eye makeup remover, then you can use the $4.00 coupon which they took off twice so i got two mascaras with bonus items for $3.99!
Well I can't believe it. Earlier I bought them in Crystal for BOGO 1/2 off and on my way home in Andover I got them for BOGO free, I even got the $8.00 off to boot. Just when we thought we had them all figured out...

My WAG in Fort Lauderdale, FL rang the item B1G1 free although the ad said B1G1 50% off. It was a pretty good deal. I bought the 2 mascaras and 14 cups on clearance. Total OOP $.50. Thank you for posting!
Just got back and although the shelf tag and ad says B1G1 50%, it rang as B1G1. Also, if you combine each mascara with another almay eye or lip item, you will get $5 register rewards. I rang a mascara (using the $4 coupon) and eye shadow for $4.55 and got $5 back. Then I got another mascara and eye shadow for $4.55 and got $5 more dollars. I used the $10 toward a whole bunch of stuff that I had coupons for (Glade Sense & Spray, Hefty bags (B1G1 and coupon), campbell's soup, mitchum deodorant, dial soap and only had to spend .68 on all of that.
I'm in NY and it's B1G1 50% off also...I was so excited and had my math calculated using my RRs, until the register rang B1G1 50%, i had to redo my math all over on the spot. That totally sucks! plus all my walgreens store don't have the Nov coupon book yet.
Here North of Dallas .. they are buy 1 get 1 50% off. They messed up my deal and I'll likely return them .. they rang up $7.99 and the $4 book was NOT scanning .. so she then rang them up as $3.99 and $2.99 and then it was the 50% off that .. so it only took off a $1.50 - so they were $2.74 each and I didn't not get any RR. :-/ BUT I did get the bonus packs, so maybe I'll keep them?!
Bought it in Northern NJ today. The tag said BOGO 1/2. The price $7.99 each. I used one $4.00 coupon and they took away $12.00. Pretty good deal!!!!
Bought it in NC for BOGO and $4 off the one I paid for. So I paid $2.99 for two tubes of the mascara and one of the packages had a free eyeliner in it. Great deal!
btw, the sales at Walgreens run through Saturday but they start changing the sale signs ahead of time.
Was in Bowling Green, Kentucky and they only had a few mascara's left. But, I got two $6.99 mascara's at bogo FREE, even though it said bogo 1/2 off 2nd item. When they rang it up with my two coupons, they actually owed me $.56. The cashier asked the manager, and they gave me the change back, so I got paid for buying the mascara!!!! I also bought 2 more mascara's at the $7.99 price, and paid $.46 for 2 of them.... SWEET!!!
I went to three wallgreens back to back and they're all different. One gave them to me for FREE!!!! and the second one $3.50 for both. The last one wouldnt even ring the coupon twice only once, That would've been $7.49 for both. So I said forget it and went back to the first one where it's Free! Free! Free! all day lol Thanks for the heads up!!!
This is my first BOGO/COUPON experience. Don't know what RR means but, I did what all the posts said to do. Get two packs of mascara, add something else to the cart, ring it all up and hand the cashier two $4 coupons. I did exactly that.. the mascara's were double packs.. buy one get one 50% off, the cashier wouldn't let me use the second coupon and argued with me.. in the end, I got 4 mascara's for $3.47. I'm ok with it but a little disappointed. I think I need to learn more about this stuff. HELP!! LOL
