From the website, the free toy is only available at select Sears that have Toy Shops - mostly in CA, IL, NJ, IN and NY.
We have one in Braintree MA @ the mall.
I just called our local store in McHenry, IL to see if they are participating and they are! They are giving out little Hot Wheels cars! Happy Halloween to everyone!
