Dear anonymous,

Wow, please don't take out your frustrations with Walgreens on coupon cravings. Remember every store and cashier are different. And coupon cravings doesn't have to share savings ideas with us. She could just keep them to herself. If you have a problem with Walgreens take it up with their corporate office. and be grateful for the time and effort spent by coupon cravings to bring us money saving tips!!!!

They should take two coupons. I'd suggest printing out the coupon policy that several blogs have listed, or replies to e-mails asking about their policy.

Sometimes clerks and even store managers don't know their own coupon policy! Having their policy printed out to show them can alleviate much aggravation.

I have to agree, crewmom...there are ALOT of retailers out there that don't know their policies...My husband, who is in management for Publix Grocery, is really surprised by the policies I tell him about...they do NOT teach employees about couponing, rebates, RR, ECB and such nearly enough.... I always ask at a store and hey...if you don't ask...you don't get...

But seriously, anonymous...lighten up a bit. It's just sunscreen...'kay?

Also, just to clarify, Coupon Cravings is saying to use 2 coupons for 2 bottles. If you tried to use 2 coupons for 1 bottle, then I can understand why the cashier wouldn't take two coupons.

I work at a Walgreens and no, most cashiers will not accept the two coupons for the sunscreen. You are already recieving a $10 REGISTER REWARD, plus you are trying to use $10 in coupons?? You are trying to rip off Walgreens and we by no means will pay people to shopat our store. It's like you would be amking $10 off purchsing the products, and that's not how it works. THat's why we had to do away with our EasySaver program.. Too many people were taking advantage of it.

WagCashier, Walgreens pushed their EasySaver program for years and because too many people were taking advantage of the program they canceled it??!! Are you joking?
Don't blame the customers for reading the ads and taking advantage of them.

I work at Dillons (kroger in some area's)They are more than happy to double the coupons even if you get it for free.. on the coupons it states the retailer gets the value plus 8 cents for accepting the coupons. So the store makes full value plus 8 cents. I take full advantage of my coupons. I also carry my coupon policy with me to the different stores I shop at. we are in no way ripping off the stores.
