Our local Quiznos is not accepting the coupons because they are computer generated. This really annoys me because they were the ones who opted to offer the coupons! To make matters worse their manager will not allow them to post a sign that says they aren't honoring the coupons so we had already ordered and were at the cash register by the time we were told that they do not honor them. BAIT and SWITCH! We will not be patronizing them ever again. (Sorry for the rant but I thought your readers should have some notice)
Sorry for you, Marissa, but no one forced you to complete the deal. I had a similar incident at a Subway's and when I got to the cash register I experienced the same thing -- no honor of a coupon. I told them "good luck" selling my sandwiches to the next person as they would have to order the same thing that I did -- I left the order with them, contacted the manager of the store (the next day, who also owned three more stores) and told her of the beligerant cashier's attitude about my deal. The owner was smart. She apologized, and asked me to come back, which I did. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER feel you have to be forced to finish a deal that you were "trapped" in -- NEVER!!!
I used this coupon at the Jordan creek loaction in w Des Moines IOwa - they accepted it with no questions. But the manager wasnt there and it was a couple 16 year olds working the till - not sure if that had something to do with it or not. Maybe just ask them before hand if they have it before you order?
