Win it Wednesday: $50 Walmart Gift Card

Welcome to the second installment of “Win it Wednesday!” Before I introduce this week’s prize I’d like to congratulate the winner of last week’s prize, the Girl Gourmet Cupcake Maker. It went to Amy Stahl of the Stahl Family Blog. Congratulations!

This week’s prize is a $50 Walmart gift card! I’m going to take a cue from my ElevenMoms gal pals over at Keeping the Kingdom First and From Dates to Diapers and will ask you to take a look at Walmart’s 2008 Holiday Entertaining Guide and leave a comment with how you’d spend the $50 gift card if you won by Monday, November 24 at 8 p.m. ET (this giveaway ends one day earlier than normal).

Want two more chances to win a $50 Walmart gift card? Just click on the two ElevenMoms blogs above to go directly to their $50 Walmart gift card giveaways, both of which end on November 24 as well. Good luck!

I want to get my son one of those fisher price cameras for kids. Plus I'd love some of the Sara Lee cheesecake bites; yum!!

I would do one of two things with the $50 gift card. 1) Buy all the ingredients needed for some killer chocolate chip cookies and bake until my hearts content and then deliver them all to nursing homes to the elderly or 2) Buy hats, gloves, scarves, and sweatshirts and give to my church for the less fortunate. I can't help but want to give around the holidays!

I just have to be honest! I'd love to buy my 8yo DD a leapster, but our budget is so tight that if I won the $50 GC I'd buy her some new sneakers and undershirts she so desperately needs. Thanks for the offering the giveaway. God Bless You!

During the holiday season, I love to take a child's name off the giving tree at church, and provide Christmas gifts and clothing for a needy child. This year we are really struggling with finances ourselves, and I'm really sad I won't be able to help someone else out, so I'd love to put an extra $50 toward that!
