Have you ever heard of the Box Tops Marketplace? My oldest daughter is in kindergarten this year, so I’m still fairly new to the Box Tops for Education program but I’m already a huge, over-the-top supporter. Recent conversation in my house:
Me: Dirk, did you throw away the cookie dough wrapper?
Dirk: Yes.
Me: There were three Box Tops on it. Would you mind fishing it out of the trash?
Dirk: {Grumble}
Hey, it was three Box Tops on one package. You just can’t throw that away! So anyway, back to the Box Tops Marketplace. It’s similar to Ebates where a percentage of your purchase at select online merchants comes back to you as cash, only with Box Tops Marketplace a percentage of your purchase gets credited to your child’s school.
Well, hopefully you’ve read this far, because here’s the best part. I’m giving away a $50 gift card to be used at the Box Tops Marketplace for you to shop at any of more than 70 online vendors. Just leave me a comment by Wednesday, November 5 at 8 p.m. ET with your favorite grocery item to buy to score Box Tops. My favorite is any item with bonus Box Tops! Good luck!

My children go to a small Christian school...so I always am happy to help them get and/or save money for the school. My recent find of bonus box tops was Hamburger Helper. The boxes have two bonus BT's on them. The best thing is that they were on sale for $1, and I had a coupon for .75 off of three. Thanks, Vicki
I am right there with you in being new to the box tops and trying to buy items that have bonus box tops on them. I have been know to start cutting box tops on unopened items!

I have three boys in school right now and man, do the battles rage over who gets to take in the bag of box tops each month! We just divide them evenly sometimes, but the guys enjoy the self imposed contests with each other (with winner getting the whole lot!)Hey, whatever works, right?!?
My kids aren't in school yet, but I've been saving box tops for my sister who is a teacher. I usually get them off the cereal boxes. Even my kids point them out now.
recently I was able to get 2 bonus box tops on Bettty crocker potatoes which I scored free at Krogers :)
Wow, what a great offer. I love those items with more than one box top. I just found this one, Kotex pads had 3 on the package.
Teresa
Fiber One!! And Kotex comes with box tops... thought that was kind of odd??
i'm new to these box tops for education too, because i'm out of school for long time, but my husband collects these to support schools, and i really give him credits to doing all the cutting out and entering them. We get most from cereal boxes, also we get them from chex mix.
Cereal, my family loves cereal! Thanks for the giveaway!
What a great giveaway! We find most of our box tops on cereal.
Cheerios are a must around here, but recently, there have been bonus box tops on Huggies wipes! Score!
There are so many items to get the box tops from: cereal, Hamburger Helper and potatoes, are a few of my faves.
I've also pointed out a box top in the garbage that needed rescued and taken them off boxes that I haven't opened yet.
Fiber One bars, especially from our warehouse store because they come with bonus tops!
We enjoy the hamburger helper and cheerios that have the bonus box tops. We also recently switched toilet paper because the package has box tops on it! :)
I'm another first time mom of a Kindergartener. Box Tops Rock!! That reminds me to dig out a Betty Crocker box out of the recycling bin.
While I score BTFE labels off anything we see, my favorite item is the betty crocker warm delights. I don't need to eat them (trying to lose baby weight) but I feel justified that I'm giving to my daughter's school! YUM!
Pizza Rolls! These a favorite at our house..especially those busy nights when everybody's running in..and right back out! My last few bags have had 3 box tops..and even better when I buy the jumbo box from Sam's Club I think it was 5! Yay Box Tops!
Hi Mercedes, my favorite is Pillsbury crescent rolls AND when I get a receipt with bonus box tops on them!
Nancy
I just discovered them on Cottonelle toilet paper (cool--but not easy to cut the plastic!) and I always cut boxes to get them before using the product, but couldn't on the Cottonelle wipes I got as a freebie or they'd lose their wetness! Thanks for the chance!

The vast majority of our Box Tops come from cereal like Kix, but hey, you can get it off the pack of Kotex too!
We love the Box Tops program. My kids' school is currently running a boys vs. girls contest...always a hit! Anyhow...another great place to get box tops is Kotex Tampons/pads!! Gotta love that they are on a once a month purchase! =) Thanks for the chance in the contest!
Cheerios, of course! The strawberry yogurt boxes have 3 box tops right now.
My favorite snag recently was to get a free box of Cheerios from the Cheerios challenge, then buy them when they were offering a double box top promotion. My daughter LOVES to take her box tops in to her little school, which made a couple thousand dollars last year to use for field trips. I have to share, though, that a mom-friend at school told me she'd been tapped to be the one who counts up the box tops, and it's a major pain. So find out who counts your school's box tops, and tell them thanks!
oh oh oh!!!! Toilet paper gets my vote....I've always bought Cottonelle, the best thing to touch my bottom since diapers :)...then I found out it was a Box Top item and my heart grew a little. It's something everyone needs, and high quality. My mom teaches at a little elementary school and I love being able to help in any way I can.
I get most of my bot tops off of Cereal! I am still a Box Top newbie...getting better though
thaynville@gmail.com
Sometimes, I will pass up a flavor or whatever and get one that may not have been my first choice just to get the bonus BoxTops.
Shortly after switching to Cottonelle because we can get it free, I realized that there are even BoxTops on the back of it! That's awesome!
Great giveaway! I have Want to Win Wednesday if you want to enter it there...just in case.
I did not know there is a boxtop marketplace, i will be sure to check it out...we get them off a lot of things

My kids are teens and we still do Box Tops. Cereal tends to have more bonuses, but the ones that are easy to miss are the tiny ones on Pillsbury Grands and Crescent rolls.
Our family's favorite is (cheesy flavored) Chex Mix...recently they had 3 boxtops on specially marked bags :)
El Paso Taco Kits!!
What a great giveaway! I get most of my BoxTops from GM cereals. We eat a LOT of cereal in our house and so they add up fast. My parents also save their BoxTops for us.
The kids love it when there are cereals with double Boxtops on them, because they know I'll buy them!
basketmommy(at)gmail(dot)com
I collect BoxTops off everything these days. I think it is a great way to give back to our schools. We use any products we can that offer boxtops, especially cereal and pillsbury items. Kotex and Kleenex too.
There are even boxtops on ZIPLOC bags also.My parents bought a case of freezer bags at Sams Club and they give me the tops for my son!
Love to buy Hamburger Helpers and Cookie Dough!
Thanks

We get most of our box tops off of kleenex and Ziplock bags
That would have to be the Nature Valley granola bars!!
That's hilarious! I don't know that even my usually-very-accommodating husband would do that :)
We buy tons of General Mills cereal that have box tops, so those have to be my favorite - Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, etc. I've started collecting them and picture myself taking my oldest in for his first day of school in two years and presenting his teacher with a huge box of these, lol!
I love the double/triple deals they usually have at the beginning of the school year! Great deals!
Cereal is where I usually get my Box Tops.
My daughter loves the Betty Crocker Warm Delights. All this month the caramel ones have had 3 box tops on them and they were on sale at Bi-los for 2/$4 and I had 2 coupons that made it 2/$2!!!So I get a bargin and so does my son's school!!!I love it!!!

We save box tops from many different items. I do love products that have bonus box tops. Thanks for the giveaway!

Recently Winn Dixie here had Hamburger Helper 10 for $10 and they all had two bonus box tops. So for paying $10, well not really I had some coupons $0.80/3 so it was only $7.60. So for $7.60 I got 30 box tops or $3.00 for her school. So in my mind it kind of boiled down to $0.46 per box.
Gloria
My conversation with my family sounds just like yours!!! I usually try to cut the boxtops off any of the products I can before they are used so they don't get accidentally thrown away! I watch for the products with double boxtops...you can get them close to nothing with coupons and then double boxtops!! Yeah!
gbwichy@netzero.net
My 3-year old doesn't like a lot of food (picky picky), so I love the box tops I get from his favorite snack - Betty Crocker Scooby Doo fruit flavored snacks. We go through 1 to 2 boxes a week.
Also we get so many box tops from Kleenex Cottonelle toilet paper and Totinos Pizza Rolls.
As far as bonus box tops go, almost anything you pick up at Sam's club has bonus ones because the size of the boxes, so those are my favorite!
Our favorite is Honey Nut Cheerios. Yum.

My favorite is when I find box tops on an item I didn't even know they were on. Like when I buy something for a special reason, something I don't usually buy, and then realize that it comes with box tops. Makes purchasing the item well worth it. Also, my personal favorite is granola bars. I love them and having box tops on them gives me an excuse to get myself a special treat.

My favorite place to find box tops is on Betty Crocker's warm delights! Yum!!! Of course, I get plenty off of all the Kleenex my household uses too.

kallagreen.blogspot.com
cereal and kotex for me, thanks!
I also love Box Tops for Education and my favorite items are the products that put bonus Box Tops on the packaging... Pillsbury is great about that and sometimes I see them on yogurt too. Safeway recently had Betty Crocker cake mixes on sale 10 for $10 which was great! The PTA sends home a drawing every month or so with spots for 10 Box Tops to be glued on which makes the collection process fun for the kids. This year my daughter is going to do something with 100 Box Tops for her 100th day of school project and she's already over half way to her goal!
Mines come mostly from diapers!
tammy916@tmail.com
Cereal and huggies..we go through those things like crazy around here!
I collect mine mostly from cereal now, because I no longer have one in diapers:)

Been checking out your blog regularly now for a couple of weeks. Thanks for all you do.
Cheerios are the single product that provides the most BTs for me lately. I think that is because I've had so many Cheerios coupons and sales to combine them with! - Lorra
I love it when you get bonus box tops for buying a select number of products. Nothing like a catalina for 50 box tops to turn in!
Love the box tops on the cereal... we go through so many boxes so quickly so it's easy to collect them! :)
My favorite item is Betty Crocker Brownies.
Thank you!
janetfaye (at) gmail (dot) com
I just snagged 3 off a cereal box that was going in the trash and then opened up a newsletter from a school requesting the box tops so I clipped them and will now save them for a local school and hope someone will do they same when I have a school age child.

My favorite product is anything with a box top on it! I try to buy any products that have box tops opposed to those that don't!
My daughter just started school this year and I'm having fun collecting box tops. Thanks for this opportunity. My favorite is Cascadian Farms snack bars! I buy them all the time, so it's nice to know her school get a something for my purchase!!

Almost always cereal. Cookie Crisp for dinner = money for my son's school!

I love Box Tops!!! The best deal for me is the Cotonelle or Viva Paper Towel, they both comes with box tops on the outside package and in each individual package - and they come all double! so in a 8 pack you can get 18 box tops!!
Kleenex Cottonelle - the multi packs used to have a boxtop on every 4 pack, but now there's just the one on the outside. Cheerio's periodically has 2 boxtops.
I am new to collecting box tops, so I looked up the box top web site through your blog and signed up online for the box tops newsletter...and got 5 free "virtual" box tops. So...that's my current favorite way to get box tops...5 for free by signing up online!
Thanks, Kim
I like getting the Nature Valley, Sweet and Salty Nut, Peanut Granola Bars at Sam's Club it has 30 bars in it and you get 5 box tops. The Fruit and Nut boxes also have 5 box tops.
My favorites would be Scott toilet paper and ziploc bags...
Thanks for the giveaway!
My fav is when I find items at Sam's Club that are bulk packs with the box tops on the individual packs inside, such as Pilsbury Crescents. Sometimes they have a promotion where in addition, the outside box will have like three additional box tops!!! Too much fun!!
I am so like that conversation! I have this one at least once a week with some member of the family. I love that it is really so easy a way to help the school out.
I love Nature Valley Granola Bars! I would LOVE to win this giftcard...I'm dreaming of all I could buy at Barnes & Noble (and, truthfully, a lot of it involves coffee:))

I buy a lot of Box Tops products! Kleenex, Huggies, General Mills cereals, Pillsbury products, etc, etc, etc! And I don’t have school-age children yet (mine are ages 3, 2, 1, and baby on the way!), but I still clip them and pass them on to a school that can use them! Thanks for the giveaway!

I get them from cereal boxes! Would love to win!
Would love to win. We save them for our granddaughters they love to take them to school. The school makes a big deal out of them so it becomes very exciting. We always get them from the Kleenex boxes. Be sure to register your Kroger card on line then when you buy the box top products you get a point for each product you buy credited right to the school of your choice. This is how every one can help .

I've been saving the Box Tops for a while and now my grandson collects them for his school. At work, we use products that have the Box Tops and my co-workers clip them out for plus bring some from their homes.
All the Betty Crocker products, we love them. Kleenex, tostinos, toilet paper are also favorite pruducts. If it has a box top, its probably in my home!
My sister is a teacher, and I plan to start saving my Boxtops for her.
jana_mccraine(at)hotmail(dot)com
Would love to win this! Can really come in handy for the holiday season! I'm always saving the box tops for my kids schools!
Our favorite item id the Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls!
I must confess to an addiction to Honey Nut Cheerios. They used to give 50 cent coupons on the big boxes, but that seems to have gone by the wayside. So now we have to eat 5x more Honey Nut Cheerios for the schools!
I save them too even though we homeschool. I typically get them off of our cereal boxes like Cheerios and Lucky Charms. Thanks for a great giveaway!
Boxtops are on Huggies! I use the web-site to print the cpllection pages. My co-workers love to help me fill them up.
I love the boxes of betty crocker mashed potatoes but we seem to eat lots of things with boxtops! My son's school is doing really well this year and I'm excited to be part of the PTO!
Any BOXTOP product I can get at huge savings that has boxtops is a double blessing. Ever since 1999 I have been saving them. First for my mother-in-law's school, and now for my nieces's school.
Thanks, Jen

Cereal! We love cold cereal!
I eat lots of cereal so thats where mine come from!!
I'm going to have to agree with those who said cereal. My one-year-old daughter is addicted to Cheerios, so we have plenty of box tops from those.
Cereal, cottonelle tissue, chex mix, hamburger helper, philsbury, BettyCrocker, viva paper towels all these are on my regular shopping list. I don't have young children and I never realized the box tops were on so many products, I guess I should start clipping and saving them, maybe I could find someone who could use them... better yet my college age daughter is majoring in childhood development ... she might be able to use them eventually.
I just opened a box of Golden Grahmas with 3 Box Tops this morning :) I also collect box tops from Kleenex boxes at the office.

I'm pretty new at this too but I'm addicted already! I get most of mine from cereal (of course), tissue/toilet paper and like to justify those pillsbury cinnamon rolls by their box tops. Hey, it's for a cause!
skye427(at)hotmail(dot)com
I would have to say Betty Crocker Potatoes. I like all the different flavors.
Most of our box tops come from cereal, toaster streudals or fruit snacks! Now I cut the box top off of the cereal when I open a box, because my husband has thrown away some boxes without clipping too.
What a great giveaway!

Pilsbury Crescent Rolls and cereal.
Our oldest is 3 and a half, so for the last year and a half we save our box tops for our neighbors, and they are thrilled to have them.
My favorite way to get them is the Pillsbury cresent rolls as I have a delicious recipe to stuff them with chicken salad! I used to love getting them on the cake mixes, but have not seen them lately.
This is a great give away!
We eat alot, alot of cereal at our house, so we get most of our box tops from there.
I would love to help contribute with BoxTops! Count me in the contest!
My son is in 1st grade and the school he went to for K didn't really do much with them so I am pretty new this year to! My favorite thing this year has been getting boxtops Catalinas at Giant Eagle for Buying Soup. I turned in 500 of them and the PTO about had a heart attack! lol She said they have never even had a whole CLASS turn in that many let alone 1 kid! I was happy because his class will bet the Pizza Party this year. I also look for all the "double boxtop" cereal boxes.
holly at thecouponcupboard dot com
It seems like I'm constantly tearing them off of cereal box tops - we eat a lot of (different kinds) of cereal here!
Our favorite for Box tops is Honey Nut Cheerios. Or pretty much any other type of cereal that participates with the Box tops.

I like getting boxtops off the FREE stuff I buy like Cottonelle and Kotex.
My husbands pick would be the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls which I have to buy in the dozens when they are on a great sale.
We're a cereal family here - all kinds! Love this giveaway.
General Mills cereals, especially when I can get them on sale with coupons! Thanks for the give-away!
Jessica
Of course the best kind is the free kind from Cottonelle - the "Kroger deal"!! Of Course the double box tops are always nice, too. And lately we go through a lot of honey nut cheerios, so they add up quick!
I get mine off of general mills cereal. Thanks for the giveaway.
I get my box tops from cheerios cereal and nature valley granola bars and a couple of others. I just love the bonusx3 box tops. Thanks for the giveaway.

I've been known to dig things out of the trash for the box tops too. :)
My favorite is Viva Paper towels! Thanks, Sara
Most of ours are from Gogurts and Kleenex facial tissue.
I have to say that I get many of my box tops from eBay auctions. If you hit the auctions at the right time you can get great deals on pre-cut current date box tops. I do purchase many items I use on a daily basis, but often get extras for my children's school from eBay.
The schools benefit and you don't have to break the bank.

Hamburger helper helps us out in a bind for time and has double boxtop tickets. Also, I live in a condo and go thru the recycling bin twice a week for boxtops, can tabs and coupons. Anything to help public schools is worth doing!!

Box tops are such a great thing. My nephew goes to a small private Christian school, and this is a great way to help the school out. I get the most box tops from Hamburger Helper and Cheerios. Of course, since it's cold and flu season, I've been getting many of them from Kleenex boxes as well.
I love using the Box Top Marketplace! And I'm already a huge fan of the box top program, even though my daughter is less than a year old :).

I too thought the KOtex box tops was kind of funny. Other than that I like to get them off of pillsbury cans of whatever... and ziploc bags. thanks Erin for this giveaway!
