I was told yesterday 10/1 by a cashier that BiLo (company wide) is no longer accepting internet printable coupons. I've sent an e-mail regarding my displeasure to their site. I hope anyone else who is upset by this will also respond to them...Jennifer (a faithful reader)
Maybe others have had better luck with Herbal Essences, but when I tried to redeem the free manicure/pedicure offer they had a few months ago it was a nightmare. The vouchers they sent led me to a website which let me to a phone number which led me to a booking agent who would have to "get in touch with me at a later time" to book an appointment through them. It felt very seedy! Proceed with caution. :)
I had a similar result with the free mani/pedi a few months ago. I believe they sent me to the phone number because they didn't have any participating salons in my area. When I called, they were very nice and even asked me if I had any preferred salons I wanted them to get me an appointment at. Once they found a salon that agreed to participate, they asked me for a selection of times I was available and booked me an appointment at a very nice salon in my town. I don't think it was seedy at all! :)
