Thanks for the link! Besides stocking up for upcoming birthdays, I plan to get some cards to give to my mom in her Christmas stocking. She'll appreciate not having to shop and spend the money for them.
This is a great deal... too bad there aren't any Safeways near me. :( ... :)
The sign at my Genuardi's says Hallmark Expressions cards. The 99 cent ones there are only marked Hallmark on the back and do not work for the deal. My Hallmark Expressions didn't even work for the deal and I had to get a refund (and was hassled for it). Ugh. But as far as I could tell from the signage as long as you purchased Hallmark Expression cards you received $1 off per each card. I did not see a limit posted on it either. I will be going back to the store to look at the sign again as I hate getting hassled for doing nothing wrong and the same "person in charge" keeps giving me a hard time.
I tried this yesterday and it didn't work. The cashier knew nothing about the deal either. I'm confused...
