I just got back from picking up $5 gift cards at CVS, Walgreens, Wal-Mart and Rite Aid so I hope you’ll join me tomorrow for my brand new weekly $5 Charity Challenge (or other TBD name). See my post from earlier this week on this gift card giveaway.
I’m really looking forward to seeing what we can all do collectively to help our local communities. We’re all very good shoppers and I know you can take even a small amount of money far. I’m looking forward to reading how you’d spend the $5 I have for you.

If I had $5 to spend at CVS this week, I'd get toothpaste and toothbrushes.
Colgate $2.99, use $1.50 coupon
Crest, use $1 Walgreens coupon, (my CVS takes competitor coupons)
OralB toothbrushes $2.49, Use $1 coupon
Total: $4.50, plus $5 ECBs to do another transaction for other items.
I would give them to the Women's Center in our town that encourages pregnant women to have their babies, including mentorship, discipleship and continuing education incentives.
If I had 5 dallors to spend , I will use the money to buy soaps and socks and other materials for people in my hosiptal and donate it to the patients that need it
