When they have had the Free with Any purchase coupons before, I was able to go in and buy one of their small gift bags ( I believe $1.99 ) or chap stick ( they had them on sale for next to nothing at one time ).
I still qualified for the free gift, in this case, the lotion.
So, if you don't need $15 worth of products, this is always a good way to still get your free lotion.
