Did you catch “Coupon Mom” Stephanie Nelson on the CBS Early Show on Friday morning? I work with her on occasion in my current job and I do love her. She’s so down-to-earth and smart about grocery shopping.
I’ll be honest though, a lot of her advice is pretty much common sense – get a store loyalty card, buy 2 or 3 copies of the Sunday paper and look for double-coupon policies – but you really can save a lot of money when you apply all of the strategies at once. In this clip here her total before coupons was over $80 and after coupons it was less than $25. Amazing!
Stephanie has a great book called Greatest Secrets of the Coupon Mom that you can buy on Amazon.com for $12.23. Or you can download for free two of her eBooks here: Advanced Grocery Saving Strategies: Cut Your Grocery Bill in Half and Drugstore Savings Strategies. Check out her web site too at CouponMom.com.
